This week marks the beginning of the fall semester! I had the first class meeting of Leadership and Ethics last night. I meet with a second section of the class tonight. This is most students' first class in the program. This week, we spend some time getting to know each other, discuss our initial ideas on leadership and followership, and review a few definitions of leadership. Students also organize into groups for a group project. I'm delighted to have a new PRL class here... off we go!cheers
