Week two -- settling in!

Hi All,

Well, if you read last week's post, you know that the first week of class was a little bit crazy with a rush hour snow storm resulting in students arriving late and some not at all. This week the weather was clear and we finally had a good, solid three-hour class to start to get to know each other and work with leadership theory. We spent some time with introductions and then moved into students' views on leadership and followership. Next we organized into groups and worked with three leadership theories. This was a terrific class -- full of energy and engagement!
